Training

We provide training for CMT (Certified Medication Technician), CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/First Aide) for adults, children, and infants. We are licensed by the American Heart Association.

Overview

The contribution of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) is essential to our community. They foster personal connections with residents, acting as vigilant sentinels who promptly communicate any changes in resident needs to our leadership team. CNAs are characterized by their unwavering dedication, compassion, and respect, embodying hands-on caregivers who consistently make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, day in and day out.

Overnight LPN

Overview

Our LPNs assume the crucial role of overseeing the well-being of our senior residents. These hands-on caregivers are at the forefront, directly tending to residents’ daily care requirements. In addition to this, they bear the responsibility of supervising nursing assistants, ensuring a stringent standard of care, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to licensing prerequisites, all under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.

To excel in this role, a strong command of communication, an in-depth understanding of state regulations, and proficient medication administration skills are essential. LPNs must embody dedication, compassion, and respect in their practice, establishing an environment that prioritizes the welfare and dignity of our residents.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation

Qualifications
